The 20hr Roadway Design for UK Engineers package is designed to provide UK Engineers and Technicians the opportunity of fulfilling up to 20 CPD hours while developing their knowledge and skills pertaining to roadway design, a critical topic for the design and maintenance of modern infrastructure and supply chains. Through the combination of theoretical and practical knowledge provided in this package, engineers will gain a comprehensive understanding of roadway geometrics and design, engineering and land surveying, soil sampling in frozen ground, engineering uses of geotextiles, and more! This package also contains a 1-hour course on time management and productivity, related to UK-SPEC Competency 'C'. By taking this package, UK Engineers and Technicians will develop the skills and knowledge necessary for industry-standard roadway design in a variety of developmental conditions. UK Engineers and Technicians will be able to apply this knowledge directly to their work, enabling them to implement and work with roadway design principles in a manner that accommodates the constraints of their local environments.
